Since its founding in 1993, Riviera Produce has become of the premier suppliers of both conventional and hard to find produce in the New York area. Top chefs know that when they need produce, they can always rely on Ben Friedman and his team to provide the best quality possible.

As Ben says, I'm only as good as my last delivery, which is a mantra that has served him well. Today, the company has 160 employees and a fleet of 52 trucks to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliveries.

Additionally, Riviera has started growing its own produce such as baby greens in Florida and upstate New York to ensure the quality and price control that discerning chefs have come to expect.
