In 2001, Doron Patersan and Kirsten Rosenberg started Sticky Fingers Bakery on the premise that there simply were not enough tasty vegan dessert options on the market. There had to be a way to create rich and satisfying desserts for those who eschew animal products.

Stick Fingers products are also great for those who are health conscious. All products are 100% vegan, dairy/lactose free, egg-free, cholesterol-free, lower in saturated fat, made with heart-healthy soy, sweetened primarily with pure cane sugar and made with non-hydrogenated oils.
