- Klick Kitchen solves issues found in the inaccuracies of phone and fax ordering (garbled voicemails, background noise, illegible handwriting, tracking down a busy sales rep, non-aggregated order summaries (on the Chef’s side, etc.).

- Chefs/Wholesale Buyers can source, view, and order the products they need.
- Individual emails are generated to all parties
- Chef/Wholesale Buyers and Vendors can access a copy of each order at anytime via their Klick Kitchen account
- Vendors can confirm the orders and confirmation emails are sent back to the Chefs/Wholesale Buyers.

- Is Klick Kitchen a buying group, GPO, bid system, etc.?
- No, Klick Kitchen is a web based purchasing system. Klick Kitchen prides itself on allowing a seamless connection between Vendors and Chefs/Wholesale Buyers. Vendors set their own pricing and manage their business the way they see fit.

- Advantages to Vendors
- Vendors receive orders in a streamlined way through their Klick Kitchen account. No more garbled voice messages, and messy faxes. There is also the added benefit of keeping your Chefs/Wholesale Buyers instantly informed and up-to-date on item availability, price changes and special offers. Vendors are in control of who sees their catalogs and who can order from them.

- Chefs/Wholesale Buyers are able to source and order the products they need efficiently. The virtual clipboard keeps your product list organized. Your Vendors know exactly what you ordered. Stay up-to-date on the status of your orders and maintain control of your purchasing process.

- Do I have to sign a contract to use Klick Kitchen?
- No, Klick Kitchen does not require contracts. Our basic service is Free for Chefs/Wholesale Buyers and Vendors.

- Who delivers the products ordered? What are the shipment options?
- The products are delivered the same way they have been delivered in the past. All delivery options are set up by each individual Vendor. Klick Kitchen DOES NOT: distribute, fulfill, mail, nor broker. Each Vendor has their individual delivery procedure. You can see the delivery options set by each vendor in your open orders.

- How do Vendors receive payments for the products ordered?
- Vendors receive payments from the Chefs/Wholesale Buyers the same way they have in the past, whether COD, lines of credit, or the Vendor's current payment method. All current payment processes between Vendor and Chef/Wholesale Buyer stays the same.

- Is there a minimum order?
- Individual Vendors may have minimum order requirements. Be sure to view each Vendor's information before ordering.

- What are Connections?
- Connections are a way to establish a working relationship on Klick Kitchen. Chefs/Wholesale Buyers initiate Connections with any Vendor through the My Vendors page. Vendors can accept or remove these requests on their Connections page.

- Why do I need to make Connections?
- Connections let Vendors know that you are using Klick Kitchen. Vendor confirmed connections remove any privacy settings they place on viewing their catalog, pricing, and the ability for their customers to place orders. Connections also allow you to request and receive Price Lists from any Vendor using Klick Kitchen.

- What are Price Lists? And how do they work?
- Price Lists allow Vendors to send their current and prospective customers and other Chefs/Wholesale Buyers already subscribing to Klick Kitchen pricing specific to their business. When a Vendor sends a Price List to a Chef/ Wholesale Buyer they can see their pricing throughout the system once they log in. No one else can see these prices.

- What happens when a Vendor changes their pricing?
- Vendors are able to update their pricing changes LIVE! This means purchasers are able to view up to the minute pricing changes. Our system uses banking type software insuring all prices in new orders and any open orders (orders not yet placed) are updated automatically as they change either up or down.

- Will I find better prices on Klick Kitchen?
- You may find better pricing on Klick Kitchen. Klick Kitchen does not guarantee better pricing. Some Vendors may not supply pricing until you make a Connection with them through Klick Kitchen.

- Is my office computer the only computer where I can find my Klick Kitchen information?
- No, the beauty of Klick Kitchen is its web-based platform. You can access your ordering information from any computer with an internet connection. Simply log in using your email address and Klick Kitchen password. If you left the restaurant or office, and forgot to place or check an order or it does not hit you until you are halfway home. No problem, you can place the order from your mobile device or home computer. You do not have to keep or remember phone numbers. Just log on to KlickKitchen.com where you can find all the information you need.

- Does Klick Kitchen monitor each order?
- No, Klick Kitchen does not monitor each order, but does keep a record of each order for your future reference. If you have any questions about your order history, please contact us info@KlickKitchen.com, 212-913-9333.

- Can I print orders from Klick Kitchen?
- Yes, you may print orders using the print button at the top right-hand corner of each order. This will give you a printer friendly version of the order.

- Are service businesses listing on Klick Kitchen?
- Yes, Klick Kitchen has an entire section dedicated to businesses supplying a service. Everything from uniform and real estate companies to websites related to the Foodservice Industry is listed on Klick Kitchen. Feel free to browse the service section to see what is available.

- Must Vendors accept all orders?
- No, Vendors are not required to accept or acknowledge purchase orders. However, we ask that vendors notify Chefs/ Wholesale Buyers if they will not be accepting an order.

- Can any Vendor or Chef/Wholesale Buyer subscribe to Klick Kitchen?
- Yes, all Vendors and foodservice purchasers are welcome to join Klick Kitchen.

- I do not own or operate a restaurant, however I am in the foodservice industry and some of my vendors are listed on Klick Kitchen. May I use Klick Kitchen?
- Yes, simply create a new account by visiting the Sign Up page.

- They can go directly to www.KlickKitchen.com and click on Sign Up at the top of the home page, the process takes less than 5 minutes. They can also email us at sales@KlickKitchen.com, or call 212-913-9333.

- No, currently Klick Kitchen is focusing on the Tri-State area and Long Island. However any chef or vendor nationwide may avail themselves of the functionality of Klick Kitchen.

- Klick Kitchen Terms & Conditions can be found at the bottom of every webpage.

- What languages will be available on Klick Kitchen? And when?
- Klick Kitchen is currently available in English only, however Klick Kitchen plans on releasing a Spanish edition in the future.

- May I Market retail items on Klick Kitchen?
- No, Klick Kitchen is a wholesale oriented solution, for professionals, by professionals. We have no plans to accommodate retail sales at this time.

- Can I use Klick Kitchen for non-commercial use?
- No, Klick Kitchen is intended for professional use only. Use of Klick Kitchen for personal purchasing violates the Terms and Conditions and may be subject to account termination.

- Klick Kitchen is dedicated to helping you with your ordering needs. We will be adding new tools and features in the near future.

- I want to change the login email to my company's master Klick Kitchen account. How do I do this?

- Yes, Klick Kitchen works with both Macs and PCs.

- What Internet speed is required?
- Klick Kitchen works with all internet speeds including dial-up, cable, T1 and FiOS connections.

- Does Klick Kitchen interact with my existing purchasing software?
- Klick Kitchen does not currently interface with any existing purchasing or receiving software. Please contact us and we will provide your developer with the information necessary to interface your software with our website. In the future we will be developing an interface where you can gather the information and import it into any software system. Timeline TBD.

- How do I find products listed on Klick Kitchen?
- You can find products listed on Klick Kitchen by using the search box in the upper right-hand corner of every page. Type in the name of a product you are searching for, this will automatically move you to the catalog search page showing you the available items. You can also go directly to the Catalog page and search through the categories or click on a specific Vendor to view only their catalog. From the catalog you can also use key words to filter the products you are viewing.

- Are prices listed on Klick Kitchen final or guaranteed?
- No, prices are finalized on the invoice you receive from your Vendor.

- Can I order alcoholic beverages on Klick Kitchen?
- Yes, there are many distributors and beverage companies listing alcoholic products on Klick Kitchen. You will need to contact the Vendor and fill out the required paper work before ordering from each Vendor.

- Why are only some of the Vendors in my area listed?
- Klick Kitchen is always looking for new Vendors. If you know a Vendor who is not listed on Klick Kitchen, please contact the Vendor to let them know about Klick Kitchen. You can direct them to www.KlickKitchen.com. Let them know they can create a Free account. Let us know who they are and we will contact them as well.

- How do I get my Vendors to join? And what is their cost?
- all the Vendor to let them know what you like about Klick Kitchen and how it can benefit them as a Vendor. In addition send information about any Vendor you want to see on Klick Kitchen to us at sales@KlickKitchen.com, or 212-913-9333. Depending on the level of subscription they want to use, the Vendor can sign up for a FREE account or purchase one of our premium accounts.

- How do I contact a Vendor listed in Klick Kitchen?
- Each Vendor lists their contact information so you may contact them directly. You may request a connection from them on your My Vendors page. Also, each Vendor may be contacted through the website from the Vendor page and the Messaging tool.

- Who receives the orders I place on Klick Kitchen?
- Each Vendor receives and confirms their portion of each order you place.

- Is the delivery of the products I order guaranteed?
- Each Vendor is solely responsible for confirming the receipt of a purchase order and the delivery of products ordered. Klick Kitchen does not guarantee delivery.

- What happens if my products are late or not delivered?
- Each Vendor is responsible for timely delivery of products. If you have a problem or issue with the delivery of products you need to contact the Vendor directly.

- Is everything listed in the Catalog in stock?
- Klick Kitchen allows each Vendor to manage their catalog. The Vendors have the option to list products as "Out of Stock," which you see as a Chef/ Wholesale Buyer when viewing products in the Catalog and on your Clipboard.

- What is the cancelation policy of an individual order or group of orders?
- Since orders placed on Klick Kitchen are automatically delivered to the Vendor, you may NOT cancel or change orders using Klick Kitchen. If you have placed an order you need to cancel or change, you must contact the Vendor directly.

- What are "Preferred Vendors"?
- Preferred Vendors are Vendors you have connected with and want to place in your primary search group giving you quicker access to their products in search.

- What if the products I regularly order are not listed by my Vendor?
- First, you should contact the Vendor directly to see if they can give you the exact product name or SKU. If the Vendor says they have intentionally not listed the product you can add the product to your Clipboard using the "Add Unlisted Product" tool, or ask them to simply list the product.

- I have multiple restaurants, how can I set up my company to use Klick Kitchen?

- Can I choose my own delivery date?
- You have the option of choosing delivery dates listed by each Vendor.

- How long does it take Vendors to receive and confirm orders?
- Vendors receive orders in their account seconds after you place it. Confirming an order can take longer due to the fact a Vendor must manually confirm the order.

- What if I leave my current restaurant, can I take my Klick Kitchen account with me?
- No, Klick Kitchen accounts belong to the restaurant. If you leave a restaurant and want to use Klick Kitchen at the next restaurant, you must create a new account for the new restaurant.

- I see a Vendor on Klick Kitchen I have never worked with, what should I do when placing my first order with them through Klick Kitchen?
- We encourage all Chefs/Wholesale Buyers placing orders with a new vendor to contact the vendor directly before placing the first order. Some Vendors require an account to be set up before an order can be delivered.

- May I contact any Vendor on Klick Kitchen? How about order from any Vendor on Klick Kitchen?
- Yes, we encourage Chefs/Wholesale Buyers to contact any Vendor they are interested in doing business with. Vendor options let them decide who may order from them. If you are not able to order from a Vendor on the site, request a connection and contact the Vendor directly.

- How do I set up a new account with a Vendor on Klick Kitchen?
- Contact the Vendor directly by using the messaging tool. Each Vendor's account requirements are different.

- If only some, or none, of my Vendors are on Klick Kitchen, can I use Klick Kitchen? And will it benefit my operation?
- Yes, we developed the Unlisted Vendor and Unlisted Item tools to solve this exact problem. (see below: Unlisted Vendors)

- How does Klick Kitchen work with Unlisted Vendors?
- Klick Kitchen allows you to manage Vendor and product information of Vendors not currently listed on Klick Kitchen. You can build, place, and store orders simply and easily. All you need is the fax number or email address where your Vendors agree to receive orders and the list of products with SKU#s you order from each Vendor.

- How do I create a New Order?
- Orders can be created from the Orders page by clicking on Create New Order. You can also create an order directly from the Clipboard. Once you enter a quantity for a product you want to add to an order, go to the bottom of the page, from the drop down box you can either add your products to a New Order or to an existing order.

- What is the best way to add products to an Order? How do I begin?
- The best and easiest way is to go to the Catalog and click on one of your current Vendors. Add products to your Clipboard first, by clicking the clipboard icon next to each product you use. From your clipboard you can then select the items you need by typing in the quantity. Choose the Order you want to add products to. Then send the order to your vendor by clicking the "Place Order" button inside the Order. It’s that simple.

- How do Quotes work?
- Quotes allow you to request updated pricing from a Vendor. Once you place a Quote with a Vendor, the Vendor is able to respond with pricing. You can create a new Order using the products in the Quote.

- How do I receive orders on Klick Kitchen?
- Simply create your account using an email address you check regularly, upload your products, and let your customers know they can find your products and place orders with you on Klick Kitchen. Orders will come into your Klick Kitchen account. You will receive an email letting you know an order has been placed. Click the link to open the order, make any adjustments and confirm the order.

- How do I upload my products onto Klick Kitchen?
- You may add products to your Klick Kitchen account by navigating to your My Products page and click Add New Product or you can request the Klick Kitchen Bulk Upload Template to add all of your products at once. (For more information, go to the Bulk Upload page.) If you have any questions or need help please contact us at 212-913-9333 and ask for support.

- How do I use Price Lists?
- Price Lists are very simple and straight forward. Once you have connected with a Chef/Wholesale Buyer on Klick Kitchen and added your current and prospective customers you can assign them to the price lists you create. Add the products to a Price List you have created, input the pricing and assign your contacts. When you send a Price List to the Chefs/ Wholesale Buyers subscribing to Klick Kitchen they will see the pricing updates automatically. Chefs/Wholesale Buyers not subscribing to Klick Kitchen will receive the Price Lists via email or fax. Only the customers you choose will be able to view pricing.

- How do I become a Preferred Vendor?
- Choosing a Preferred Vendor is done by the Chefs/Wholesale Buyers and is Chef/Wholesale Buyer specific (only the Chef/Wholesale Buyer setting the Preferred Status can see this). This setting allows them to view those Vendors products in a separate search. Contact your Chefs/ Wholesale Buyers to remind them to set you as a Preferred Vendor.

- How do I get my Chefs/ Wholesale Buyers to start using Klick Kitchen?
- Contact them and let them know they can view your products on our site and how Klick Kitchen can benefit them. Let them know creating and using a Klick Kitchen account is currently free and that it will save them time. In addition you can use the Refer a Friend link.

- How do I buy ad space on Klick Kitchen?

- No, we do not sell lists of restaurants or their information.
