“The best place to learn how to cook,” Jordan Glaser likes to say, “was in my grandmother’s kitchen.” When the other kids in the family were wrestling, Jordan was watching Grandma Rose cooking for her extended family. By the time he was in his twenties, he understood that cooking was the way to attract women and maintain an interesting circle of friends.

After a twenty-five year detour into business, Jordan returned to food via the Institute for Culinary Education. “I noticed that chefs weren’t taking advantage of technology.” That’s when he came up with the idea of Klick Kitchen. He’s put together a team of talented and energetic folks, all with restaurant experience, to show restaurants and merchants that ordering via the Internet saves time, diminishes mistakes, improves service, and saves money.
